Although you will find a variety of age groups, it is amazing to see all of the young faces at International Events. This used to be an area reserved for housewives several decades back. Now I am delighted to see ministers, doctors, lawyers, teachers, accountants, events planners, those from all careers of the corporate world and home makers taking advantage of this $28 billion-a-year network marketing industry.
Slowly but surely these ambitious well discipline entrepreneurs understand that the 9 to 5 commute to work, punch the clock environment is not where the future job market is going. They are self-starters who learn quickly the model set up by their company and learn to set up their own business partners through recruiting. They eagerly jump right in to training their team so that everyone on board understand the process of duplication and residual income.
According to an article in a Special Supplement to USA Today by Direct Selling News, educational levels varies with "32 percent holding bachelor's degrees and 10 percent holding postgraduate degrees. Another 29 percent earned an associate of arts degree from community college, went to trade school or took classes at a four-year college."
People will have a number of different reasons for building a network marketing business. One thing that is steering many in the face is being laid off themselves or knowing of others who have lost jobs after putting a lot of time and energy into it. Those attracted to network marketing in 5LINX, the company I am with, understands this is an opportunity, a career path and a wonderful way to supplement their incomes.
The bottom line is controlling your own destiny and not being told when to work with no limit on income. They love the fact that you cannot be fired and you control your time and freedom.
When you are on the best team like I am where partners extend themselves and help each other at all position levels, everyone is positioned to win. Training is available through the team of partners rather you are sponsored by them or not, it is an excellent place to grow your business. In our network, we all aim to lead by example. Many "First" has been accomplished in the Diamond network and I am blessed to be a part of it.
Network Marketers today have a strong desire to control their finances, they are capable of being flexible with their time, they see the need to supplement their income, understand that the job market is not dependable like it once was and they are determined to take control of their income.
I look forward to hearing from those interested in Network Marketing in the Telecommunications Industry, Energy and Text Marketing (SMS).
